Source Review Basics — Original course notes
Original fictional teaching material created by Storyvalo. No real customer, commercial offer, endorsement, or measured outcome is represented.
1. Separate facts from suggestions
These original course notes introduce source review for business content. Begin by separating statements that describe facts from suggestions, opinions, and calls to action that ask the audience to do something.
2. Find the supporting passage
For each factual statement, find the passage that supports it. Check that the source actually says what the script says, including any dates, conditions, quantities, or limits on the claim.
3. Keep uncertainty visible
If the wording goes beyond the evidence, narrow it or mark it for review. A link alone is not proof that every sentence is supported, and an AI draft can still be wrong.
4. Approve the final message
Read the final script after editing and review the finished video too. Source review is a repeatable human decision process, not a guarantee that a video is accurate in every possible context.
