Content Handoff Playbook — Fictional internal process document

Original fictional teaching material created by Storyvalo. No real customer, commercial offer, endorsement, or measured outcome is represented.

1. Name the handoff

This fictional process document describes a content handoff between an author and a reviewer. It begins when the author has a complete draft and has attached the sources used to write it.

2. Check the draft

The reviewer reads the draft for factual support, clarity, and intended audience. Questions are recorded beside the relevant passage so the author can understand which part needs attention.

3. Resolve open questions

The author updates the wording or adds suitable evidence, then asks the reviewer to check the changes. The process keeps unresolved questions visible instead of treating a polished draft as automatically approved.

4. Record the decision

Once the review is complete, record the approval and pass the agreed version to the publisher. This demonstration explains a workflow; your organization should use its own authorized roles and review rules.
