The service and your account
These terms govern Storyvalo, operated by Data Science Pro, 11808 Alexandria Dr, McKinney, TX 75071, USA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Contact info@storyvalo.com for support.
Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in your inputs. You give us permission to process those inputs and generated output as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including through our service providers. To the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms, you may use output generated for you, including commercially. We do not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, factually correct, or free of third-party rights. You remain responsible for permissions, claims, and publication decisions.
Acceptable use and review
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate people deceptively, create abusive or exploitative material, bypass access controls, or misuse the service. Only request reading of webpages you are permitted to use. Review scripts, sources, images, pronunciation, captions, and claims before publishing. Storyvalo uses AI-generated stills with motion and AI narration; it does not promise live-action footage or exact reproduction of people and products.
Plans, renewal, and allowances
Public paid subscriptions are not active during the current early-access period. Authorized sandbox accounts use test payments, which are not real purchases. When live subscriptions open, the price, currency, included minutes, and renewal interval shown at checkout govern your purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. One video minute means one minute of requested finished duration. Minutes are reserved when rendering starts, reset on a paid billing cycle, and do not roll over. Completed downloads are free; creating a new video consumes more minutes. Failed renders return their reserved minutes once. Script attempt allowances are separate and reset each calendar month.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal through Manage subscription in your workspace before the next renewal date. Access to the paid plan normally continues until the paid period ends. For a first paid subscription, request a refund within seven days if you have not completed any paid video exports. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be corrected. If a paid service failure is not resolved, contact support so we can assess an appropriate credit or refund. Except where required by law or stated here, used allowances and partial billing periods are not automatically refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and changes
Generation time and results depend on source access, provider limits, and service demand. We may suspend abusive accounts or restrict content that violates these terms, and may change the service. Material pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply to a renewal where required. Keep your own copies of important source files and completed videos. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, revenue, audience growth, or a particular business outcome.
Responsibility and disputes
The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable mandatory protections, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 100, and does not include indirect or consequential losses. Texas law governs except where mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise. Contact info@storyvalo.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights.
