Make a listing video from a property page and photos
Listing photos and a description already tell the story of a home. Paste the listing page, upload the photos, and Storyvalo drafts a walkthrough-style video in the order a visitor would tour the property. Photos appear as photographed, and the narration sticks to the features the listing states.

A good fit when
- You have the right to use the listing photos and description.
- The listing page is public, or you have its text.
- You want a video for portals, social posts or the listing page.
The closest real example
This square export shows a product with the details a buyer checks; a listing video applies the same idea to a property, using its real photos.
Fictional demonstration: the brand, source and scenario were invented for this example. It is not a customer testimonial or evidence of business results. Watch it with its source and script.
Real estate listing video, step by step
Paste the listing
Use the public listing URL. If the portal blocks automated reading, upload the description as text.
Upload the photos
Add up to five listing photos and choose a photo for each scene in tour order: exterior, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, outdoor space.
Check every detail
Compare rooms, features, measurements and prices with the listing. Remove anything that is not in it.
Render
Render landscape for portals and YouTube, then copy to portrait for Reels or Shorts.
Fair housing and advertising rules
Describe the property, not the people who should live in it. Avoid phrases about ideal buyers, neighbourhood demographics or nearby places of worship, and follow your local advertising and disclosure rules.
Real photos only
Do not use AI images or stock footage to represent the property. Viewers expect what they see to be the home itself.
Make it before the open house
Publish the video when the listing goes live so it can be shared ahead of viewings. If details change, such as the price, update the listing first and re-render.
The starter brief
“Use this starter” fills in this brief in the studio. Edit any of it before you generate a storyboard.
Turn my property listing page into a walkthrough-style listing video. Follow the order a visitor would tour the home, describe features exactly as the listing states them, and end with how to arrange a viewing. Do not describe neighbourhood demographics or who the home is suitable for, and do not state prices, measurements or features that are not in the listing.
Review before you publish
Storyvalo drafts the script and assembles the video; you decide what is accurate. Read every scene against its source, check names, numbers and claims, and only use material you have permission to use. Stock footage and AI illustrations are illustrative, and narration is AI-generated.
What it costs
One 60-second, watermarked 720p export per verified account each calendar month. It ends with a short “Made with Storyvalo” card over its last two seconds. Standard voices and still or stock media. No payment card, no automatic subscription. Paid exports stay 1080p without the Storyvalo watermark. A free account includes five minutes of AI script attempts each calendar month, an editable storyboard and an interactive preview, with no card. Rendering a narrated video uses video minutes: export one minute for $2.99 or three minutes for $7.99, plus applicable tax, without a subscription. Monthly plans suit regular production and longer videos. Compare plans and packs.
Questions
Does Storyvalo animate my photos?
Photos appear as photographed within the video; the scene adds narration, captions and music. Storyvalo does not recreate rooms with AI when you choose an original photo.
Can I add my brokerage logo?
Yes. A brand kit stores your logo, color and caption style.
Can I make one for every listing?
Yes. Create a project per listing. Each rendered video uses video minutes.
